What’s your minimum order?
If there’s a project you have in mind, we can probably do it. Just keep in mind that the cost-per-item is lower when you order more.

What kind of payment do you accept?
We accept payment via credit card (VISA/MasterCard) or Interac e-Transfer.



What is your payment structure?
We require a full payment up front. We’re too busy printing to chase around the remainder of a project. This allows us to have a quicker turn around and serve our clients better.

How is pricing determined?
Pricing is primarily determined by 3 things: 
1. The product you select
2. Total number of colours needed for printing and how many placements
3. Quantity in your order

Other factors such as design services or special requests can also affect the cost.

Why are multiple placements more expensive?
Each location requires a completely new screen setup and production run.

What do you require in terms of artwork?
— 300dpi or higher quality. We can work with less but it’s not ideal.
— Separate layers (one colour on each layer)
— Filetypes: PSD, AI, EPS, PDF

Can you help me separate my colours for printing?
Yes! If you need help with your image (separating layers, filetype) we’d be more than happy to help for an additional fee. Get in touch.

Can you help me with my designs?
Yes! We can definitely help get your designs ready for print or make something from scratch if you don’t have any art. This kind of work can add an additional design fee to your order.

How can I submit my artwork?
Please send all artwork via email to quote@wordpress-531734-2462346.cloudwaysapps.com. If your files are too large, please upload it to filedropper.com and email us the link. Please name and organize your files in an organized fashion. (ie. tree_tshirt1_back.psd, tree_tshirt1_front.psd)

Can you save my screen and re-print my shirts next year?
Unfortunately not. Our screens are regularly recycled and once your order is complete. If you repeat an order, it will be treated like a new order.

What’s your turn around?
We aim to have orders completed within 14 working days from the collection of payment. With this said, we have sent rush orders out within 48 hrs. Larger orders may take longer. All project timelines are discussed on project onset. In a hurry? Get in touch today.

Can you do rush orders?
Yes we can. We can send your order off with overnight or next day shipping but an additional rush fee of 25% will be added onto the order's total. If you require a rush order, contact us ASAP.

What’s the largest you can print?
We can print up to 13″x19″. If you require a custom size, let us know and we may be able to work something out.

Who do you ship with?
We ship with Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post. It all depends on what the quickest and most cost-effective option is. We supply you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have a preference, please let us know.

What kind of colours and inks do you use?
We stock a wide range of ink colors. We can pretty much do any colour. If you require a specific Pantone colour, we do have an additional fee. When submitting artwork, we ask you to include a list describing what colours are to appear on the merchandise.

Sizing
Cotton items can shrink up to 10% of the garment size depending on how they are laundered. When in doubt, it’s safer to order a larger size than a smaller one. With large groups we suggest that you gather a list of the required sizes before ordering.

Do you do custom names/numbers and embroidery?
We offer full service embroidery as well as custom names and numbers. Embroidery is subject to a digitizing charge and is charged out based on stitch count. Custom names can either be embroidered or heat applied.

Can you do any specialty printing?
We offer full colour process, foil, split fountain (numerous ink colours on one screen resulting in a blended effect), and water-based discharge printing. (ink can not be discharged with accurate colour results)
